A LESSON ON INSULATION
Keeping a van heated during the winter and cool during the summer is absolutely critical if you plan living inside of it all year round and are in a region of the world where the climate is a factor to consider we'have prepared a deep dive for you to learn all the necessary information to insulate!
INTRO TO ELECTRICAL
The vast majority of vanlifers will have some form of power system within their van, while you don't need to go over the top with an extremely elaborate electrical system that connects to a central PC and monitors your vitals... a few extra lights and some basic power access is easy to do!
GETTING WET WITH PLUMBING
For some nature will be the toilet, the shower, and the reservoir. For others not having a sink and a fully functioning toilet inside the van is a deal breaker, whatever your preference we're going to learn all about Plumbing and Hydraulics!
THE BASICS OF CARPENTRY
Arguably the most important part of the build is the carpentry. you'll be sleeping on a bed likely constructed on a wooden frame surrounded by cabinets and cupboards build from the vary trees you'll be escaping to so it's definitely critical to get a strong foundational understanding!

I can't name a single wonder of architecture the was built without a plan, it'd be like trying to built a Lego setwithout the instruction manual.
We believe this planning phase should take large expanse of your time and energy, you can't plan for everything and undoubtedly errors and upsets will occur during the built process but the more preparation, planning and studying of the techniques you'll need to perform you do, the easier it will actually be when it comes time to the actual construction!
TRAVEL AND LIVE A NEW LIFE
There is a whole world out there, full of experiences waiting to be felt, for so many years many of us have dredged along waking up in the morning only to fill our body will the worlds most popular drug caffeine. It provides us with just enough to muster up the willpower to go to a job that we know is sucking our very soul. working for an incompetent boss and alongside your fellow prisoners only to be rewarded with a meager sum. Just enough to keep your household afloat living within these sprawling cities. Then at the end of the day, drained of all your energy the only thing you can muster up the strength to do is is pick a card from the deck of escapism and have a few hour of relief before the cycle starts all over again in the morning...
If all that sounds like your life, Van life really just might be for you.
The freedom provided by van life is unmatched, remove the shackle keeping you chained to societal norms and experience life on the road. It's not without it's hardships but with properly executed plan, budget and blueprint even if it's not a permanent solution for you, a few years of living in absolute freedom might give you the spark you needed to help find what you truly want out of life!
